Members & Permissions
Manage who's in your workspace and what they can do.
The Members tab shows everyone in your workspace – their email, role, and when they joined.

Roles explained

Owners have full access to all workspace settings, including billing, seat capacity, and name changes. Can invite or remove members and assign any role, including promoting others to Owner.
Admins can invite or remove members and manage available seats by assigning Member or Admin roles. Cannot promote to Owner, add seat capacity, or access billing.
Members can use MomentumAI features and can manage personal settings, but not workspace settings. Cannot access the Admin Center.
Only Admins and Owners can access the Admin Center – regular members cannot.
Managing members
To manage a user, open the three-dot menu on the right side of their row.
Changing roles:
- Select Change Role to switch between Member, Admin, or Owner
- Owners can assign any role; Admins can only assign Member or Admin
- The change takes effect immediately
Removing members:
- Select Remove Member from the three-dot menu
- Confirm the action in the dialog
- The member's access is revoked and their seat becomes available
- All their data is permanently deleted from your workspace
Removing a member is permanent and deletes all their data. Make sure you want to proceed before confirming.
Need more seat capacity? The Owner can add seats in Billing & Subscription.
