Billing for MomentumAI is handled securely through Stripe, a trusted payment platform used by companies worldwide. Only Owners can access billing and subscription settings.
Plans & pricing
MomentumAI is priced at €30 per seat per month, with an annual plan available at a discounted rate. Each seat gives one person full access to the workspace.
No hidden costs. Your subscription includes all AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral), all features (assistants, file analysis, image generation, code interpreter), data connections, and full support. No per-token charges or premium fees.

How billing works
When you click Manage Billing in the Admin Center, you'll be redirected to our secure Stripe portal.
There, you can:
- View your current subscription (monthly or yearly)
- Add or remove seats using the quantity selector
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- Update your payment method (credit card, SEPA, etc.)
- Download invoices and payment history
Changes you make in Stripe take effect immediately and sync automatically with MomentumAI.
Payment methods & invoices
- You can pay by SEPA Direct Debit or credit card.
- Invoices are automatically emailed to the billing contact.
- You can view or download past invoices in the Stripe portal under Invoice History.
Free trial
New workspaces start with a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
During the trial:
- You'll enter your payment method when setting up the workspace
- Full access to all MomentumAI features
- Choose between monthly or annual billing
After the trial:
- Your selected plan (monthly or annual) starts automatically
- Your payment method is charged based on your seat count and billing cycle
- You can view the trial end date in the Stripe portal
