The Company Info tab lets you define context that applies to your entire organization. This information runs in the background for every employee, helping MomentumAI provide more relevant responses.
Company Details
These fields give MomentumAI a baseline understanding of your organization:

This context is automatically included in every conversation, so employees don't need to repeatedly explain their company background.
Behavior Instructions
Use this field to customize how MomentumAI responds across your organization. Examples:
- "Answer in a structured and concise way"
- "Be creative and always suggest multiple options"
- "Use formal language and avoid jargon"
- "Include relevant examples when explaining concepts"
Behavior instructions are optional. If left blank, MomentumAI uses its default response style.
How It Works
Once configured, Company Info applies to all employees automatically:
- Admin sets company details and behavior instructions
- MomentumAI includes this context in every conversation
- Employees benefit from more relevant, tailored responses without any extra setup
Only Admins and Owners can modify Company Info settings.
