Invites
Add new teammates to your MomentumAI workspace.
The Invites tab lets Admins and Owners send invitations to new teammates.

How to invite
- Go to Admin Center → Invites.
- Enter your colleague's email address (make sure it's spelled correctly).
- Choose their role (Member or Admin).
- Click Send Invitation.
What happens next:
- The invite reserves a seat immediately (check your seat count at the top)
- Your colleague receives an invitation email with a secure join link
- They'll click the link, set their password, and join your workspace
- Once they sign in, they'll see a quick onboarding tutorial

If the invitee doesn't receive the email, double-check the spelling and use the resend option.
Managing invitations
Pending invites appear in the table below the form, showing:
- Invited email address
- Assigned role
- Who sent the invitation
- Time remaining until expiration (7 days)
To cancel an invitation:
- Click the trash icon next to the pending invite
- The seat is freed immediately and can be used for a new invitation
Invitations expire automatically after 7 days if not accepted.
No seats available? If all seats are full, you can't send invites. Either cancel a pending invitation or ask the Owner to add more seats in Billing & Subscription.
