Admin Center
Manage your workspace – members, invites, and billing.
The Admin Center is where Admins and Owners manage their MomentumAI workspace. Here, you can see who's in your organization, invite teammates, and adjust seats or billing.
Only Admins and Owners can see the Admin Center. Regular members won't see this section.
What you can do
- Invite new teammates and assign roles
- Manage seats and remove users
- Configure available AI models for your organization
- View or edit billing (Owners only)
Seat management
At the top of every Admin Center page, you'll see your seat usage (e.g., "3 / 4 seats").
This shows:
- How many team members and pending invites you have
- Your total seat capacity
Important: Each pending invite reserves a seat immediately. If all seats are full, you won't be able to send new invitations until you either:
- Remove a member or cancel a pending invite, or
- Have the Owner add more seats in Billing & Subscription
How to access
- Click your profile icon in the lower-left corner of the app.
- Select Admin Center from the menu.
- You'll land on the workspace overview page.
Company Settings
Available Models
Control which AI models are available to your organization's members. This is where you can enable Global Models that aren't hosted exclusively in the EU.
To manage available models:
- Go to Admin Center → Company Settings → Available Models
- You'll see all models with their hosting location and status
- Toggle models on or off as needed for your organization
Global Models
Some of the newest models (GPT-5.2, Gemini 3.0 Pro Preview, Gemini 3.0 Flash Preview) cannot yet be hosted solely within Europe. These Global Models are disabled by default.
Data Hosting Notice
When you enable Global Models, data may be processed on servers in both Europe and the United States. All data remains anonymized and protected under our standard security policies, but cannot be guaranteed to stay on European servers only.
To enable Global Models:
- Navigate to Company Settings → Available Models
- Find the Global Models section
- Toggle the models you want to enable
- Confirm you understand the data hosting implications

The Admin Center will continue to grow. We're working on organization-wide settings for:
- Custom branding – add your company logo and colors
- Security controls – manage sign-in methods and data access
- AI usage policies – set workspace defaults for models, privacy, and safety
- Analytics – track adoption and activity over time
When these features go live, they'll appear as a new Organization Settings section inside the Admin Center.
