Collaboration in MomentumAI is designed to make teamwork feel natural. You can share chats and assistants – so teammates can join in, learn from, and build on your work in real time.
Sharing Chats
Keep everyone on the same page by sharing active conversations with your team.
Open the Share Menu
Click Share on any chat to open the sharing options.
Choose How to Share
Select Invite Teammates to collaborate directly or Copy Link to send a read-only version.
Pick Permission Mode
Choose Read-only for safe viewing or Team-editable for full collaboration.

Tip: Shared chats update live – everyone always sees the latest version.
Sharing Assistants
Give your team access to your custom assistants so everyone can work consistently.
From the Assistant Builder
Click Share Assistant to choose visibility: Private, Team, or Organization.
From the Marketplace
Open an existing assistant and select Share from its menu.

Shared assistants make repeatable workflows available to everyone – while preserving the same tone, context, and logic you defined.
Sharing Prompts
Create reusable prompts and share them with your team or entire organization. Once shared, teammates can quickly access them in any chat by typing / in the input bar, then selecting the prompt name – it will be inserted automatically.
Create a Prompt
Go to Prompts in your profile menu and click New Prompt. Give it a clear name and write the prompt text you want to reuse.
Share with Your Team
Choose visibility: Private (just you), Team, or Organization. Shared prompts appear in everyone's / menu.
Use in Chat
Type / in any chat input, search for your prompt name, and select it. The full prompt text will be inserted, ready to send or edit.
Tip: Use prompts for frequently repeated instructions like "Summarize this in 3 bullet points" or "Draft a client-facing email" to save time and ensure consistency across your team.
