Troubleshooting
Fix common issues quickly and keep your MomentumAI sessions running smoothly.
Things don't always go perfectly – and that's okay. Here's how to fix common issues fast.
File Upload Errors
If your upload fails:
- Check that the file type is supported (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT, PNG, JPG)
- Keep files under 5 MB
- Rename files with simple characters (avoid special symbols)

Model Timeout
Sometimes models take too long to respond – especially with long or complex inputs. Try again or switch to a faster model in the Model Picker.

Tip: Long chats with large context may require trimming or refocusing your prompt.
Session Reset
If your chat unexpectedly clears or reloads:
- Open your sidebar and reselect the last conversation
- If it's missing, check your workspace history
- Temporary chats can't be recovered – they're deleted by design
