Assistant Marketplace
Discover and use AI assistants
Overview
Assistants are your customizable AI teammates – designed to handle repeatable workflows, tasks, or processes that you and your team rely on every day. They follow your instructions, use your tone, and work with your files so you don't need to start from scratch each time.
Think of assistants as your own versions of MomentumAI. Each one has a purpose, remembers its goals, and can use built-in tools like the Code Interpreter, web search, or Canvas to get the job done.

When to Use Assistants
Assistants are perfect for moments when you want MomentumAI to remember context and act consistently, rather than starting from scratch each time.
- For routine work: Automate recurring tasks like drafting reports, summarizing documents, or preparing updates.
- For structured workflows: Set clear steps and rules so your assistant can follow your process reliably.
- For team consistency: Share assistants so everyone gets the same high-quality output, every time.
- For specialized expertise: Upload files or knowledge docs so an assistant can act as your in-house expert on a topic.

Managing and Sharing Assistants
Assistants are stored securely in your workspace. You can edit their instructions, upload new knowledge files, or delete them at any time. Share assistants with teammates to standardize workflows or keep them private for personal use.
All assistants and files stay within EU-based servers – fully compliant and secure.
